EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking a Project Management Officer fluent in English to join the Development team. The role is remote within the EU, with occasional on-site collaboration with a major client’s IT team. You will maintain PMO tooling, guide teams on methodologies, and support governance, cost, schedule, and resource planning.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in IT and 8+ years in PM, plus strong Scrum, Power BI, Jira, SharePoint, and Power Automate experience. Excellent English required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT or relevant discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Project Management.
• 3+ years of experience as PMO & PM/Team Leader.
• 3+ years of experience in agile software development environment.
• 3+ years experience with Power tools (Power Automate, etc.).
• 3+ years experience with Power BI & Jira.
• Experience with SharePoint and Teams administration.
• Certified in PM methodologies (PM², PRINCE2, PMBOK, SCRUM).
• Advanced Scrum Master or equivalent certification.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsabilités

• Maintain PMO tooling for project planning, status and risk reporting.
• Guide teams on the chosen management methodology and review deliverables.
• Support project managers to comply with IT Governance rules.
• Review estimates of costs, timescales, and resource requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project plans and track activities against the plan.
• Monitor costs, timescales and resources and propose corrective actions.
• Define and manage change control procedures and secure sponsor agreement.
