EngiFlex BV is seeking an experienced Project/Transformation specialist to support the Head of Projects & Transformation in delivering the Academy transformation programme and its transition phase. You translate identified needs into concrete workstreams, coordinate stakeholders and contribute to their implementation.

The role covers reshaping academy workstreams, stakeholder coordination, business analysis and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required
• 5-6 years professional experience
• Solid experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
• Proven experience in project and/or multi-workstream coordination
• Experience facilitating workshops and multi-stakeholder groups
• Experience in change/organizational/operational transformation projects
• Experience on projects involving technical infrastructure/workplace environments/training facilities
• Ability to manage stakeholders at multiple levels
• Diplomatic, customer-oriented and team-oriented
• Excellent listening, interpersonal and relational intelligence
• High level of operational autonomy
• Fluent in French and Dutch
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage thematic workstreams
• Align and coordinate stakeholders
• Analyse, document and formalise business needs
• Prepare decision notes, governance documents and meeting materials
• Follow up actions, dependencies and risks
• Support communication and change management for the transformation
• Reshape Academy workstreams: identify objectives, scope, deliverables and stakeholders
• Prepare roadmaps, planning and action plans
• Organise and coordinate working groups
• Track progress and report on progress
• Identify risks, dependencies and key points of attention
• Prepare analyses for management decision-making
• Consolidate input from stakeholders
• Prepare analyses that support management decision-making
• Draft meeting minutes and executive summaries
