Aikido Security in Paris is seeking its first Channel Business Manager for France to drive revenue growth by developing a strong, mutually beneficial partner ecosystem that delivers qualified pipeline, accelerates deals and wins for both Aikido and its partners.

This high‑impact role offers flexible working hours in a fast‑growing security company focused on developer-friendly security solutions. You will build relationships, manage a partner portfolio, and contribute to the region's scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in channel sales or partner management for Cyber/AppSec or B2B SaaS.
• Experience with VARs and distributors in Cybersecurity.
• Track record building partner-driven pipeline and revenue.
• Proven ability in joint GTM planning and partner enablement.

Responsabilités

• Own and achieve regional targets and partner portfolio growth.
• Manage a healthy mix of partners to drive business both ways.
• Co-own qualified opportunities with sales to close deals.
• Channel opportunities to partners and ensure joint success.
• Enable partners via training, GTM plans, and execution.
• Track KPIs, deal registrations, and pipeline health in CRM/PRM.
• Promote a partner-first, results-driven growth motion.
