Univar Solutions in Anderlecht, Belgium, is seeking a Customer Service Officer to manage the Order to Cash process and collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Transport, Production and Quality. The role emphasizes accurate order entry, timely delivery communication, and proactive issue resolution.

You will handle customer documentation, create new accounts, manage contracts, and maintain SAP data while supporting colleagues in their absence.

Qualifications

Dutch and French fluency; English is an advantage.
Dynamic and open-minded.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
Experience in order taking and first-line customer support is an advantage.

Responsabilités

Enter customer orders accurately into our ERP system (SAP).
Track orders and check quantities and availability with Supply Chain/Production/Warehouse/Transport.
Inform customers of best delivery dates and potential delays.
Monitor lists of pending orders.
Enter customer complaints and provide tailored solutions.
Provide documentation (SDS, technical data sheets, analysis certificates) or help locate them on our platform.
Create new customer accounts per internal procedures.
Stand in for colleagues in their absence.
Enter and monitor customer contracts; maintain SAP customer data.
Correct incorrect invoices (debit and credit notes).
