EssilorLuxottica in Brussels seeks an Optical Sales Representative / Advisor to engage independent optician clients and advocate our lenses across channels. You will build and maintain relationships, drive growth, and ensure the best products reach the most relevant customers.

You will develop and execute field programs, improve value-added sales, and collaborate with Bespoke and Transitions teams to support customers and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Optician/Optometrist.
• Experience in sales account management.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a remote team.
• Excellent problem-solving and initiative to meet deadlines.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and adapt communication.
• Excellent time management and relationship-building.
• Experience in sales negotiations.

Responsabilités

• Manage independent direct and indirect accounts with an effective field program.
• Sell the full range of EssilorLuxottica lenses to increase sales and become the preferred supplier.
• Present marketing activities and negotiate to differentiate with premium lenses.
• Review customer activity and tailor commercial offers to secure volumes.
• Coordinate customer training and seminars on new and existing products.
• Maintain accurate customer records and reports for relevant accounts.
• Stay updated on EssilorLuxottica products and competitors.
• Represent the EssilorLuxottica brands with colleagues across teams.
