Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to manage communications and documentation efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Engage in damage control when issues arise.

Supporting the operations controllers in a fast paced and growing ro-ro operation serving customers cargo into and out of mainland Europe through the ports of Zeebrugge and Rotterdam.

Key responsibilities and duties:

• Focus on health & safety
• Communication with stakeholders
• Damage control
• Coordinating customers units
• Keeping vessels to schedule

The ideal candidate will:

• MS Office / email / teams experience
• Used to IT systems
• Liaising with customers
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Flexible working shifts

Desirable:

• Logistics/Shipping background
• Customs clearance experience
• IOSH
