Logwin Air + Ocean Belgium N.V. in Antwerp is seeking an Operations Clerk Sea Freight Export to independently manage export shipments and support customers across international partners.

The role focuses on order entry, rate negotiations, bookings, and documentation to ensure quality service. With a background in freight forwarding or logistics, the candidate will excel in communication, Dutch and English proficiency, and MS Office skills, contributing to a professional and customer-focused team

Qualifications

• Completed training as a commercial clerk (m/f/d) in freight forwarding and logistics services or comparable training.
• Initial experience in handling ocean freight shipments is desirable.
• Proficiency in standard MS Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Independent handling and processing of export sea freight shipments in accordance with our quality standards.
• Order entry.
• Rate negotiations with shipping lines.
• Booking of cargo space.
• Invoice and document preparation.
