CEVA Logistics is recruiting a logistics professional to manage end-to-end export ocean freight shipments from order intake to final delivery. The role blends operational execution with commercial activities and pricing discussions, requiring adaptability in a project-driven environment.

You will validate orders, plan transport, coordinate with partners, and ensure accurate invoicing and documentation while contributing to process improvements and customer solutions.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Export Ocean Freight Operations
• Experience in commercial or pricing roles is essential
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Solution-oriented mindset and effective communication
• Bachelor level thinking or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export ocean freight shipments from order intake to final delivery
• Validate orders, quotations and SOPs and register shipments in the TMS
• Plan, book and optimize transport execution considering routing, cost and transit time
• Coordinate with shipping lines, carriers, customers and internal stakeholders
• Prepare and manage transport and commercial documentation
• Monitor shipments, identify deviations and implement solutions
• Support commercial activities and pricing for projects
• Advise customers on logistics solutions and feasibility
• Ensure accurate cost postings and invoicing
• Maintain shipment files and reporting
• Contribute to process improvements and supplier performance

You are comfortable switching between operational execution, customer interaction and pricing discussions, and you adapt easily in a fast-changing, project-driven environment.

• Manage end-to-end ocean freight shipments (export) from order intake to final delivery

• Maintain complete and accurate shipment files and reporting
• Contribute to process improvements, supplier performance and team collaboration
