Editx in Belgium is seeking an IT Onsite Support to strengthen its IT team. You will provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to stores and central services, primarily remotely and occasionally on-site.

You will monitor POS systems, coordinate issue resolution, maintain documentation, contribute to knowledge base, and identify improvement opportunities as your expertise grows.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to stores and central services, primarily remotely and occasionally on-site.
• Monitor the performance and availability of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and coordinate issue resolution with internal or external stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate ticket logging, tracking, and follow-up through the company's service desk platform.
• Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of POS and ERP-related functionalities.
• Create, update, and maintain user documentation and operational procedures.
• Participate in the development and enrichment of the internal knowledge base.
• Identify potential risks, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support testing activities and system enhancements as your expertise develops.
