Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT support / onsite support role.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Well-organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Provide first and second level IT support for users.

• Deliver prompt and professional user support.

Fluent English (written and spoken)
