Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Medical Writer II, Regulatory Medical Writing to support Oncology within the Integrated Data Analytics & Reporting team. The role can be located in Beerse, Belgium; Leiden, NL; High Wycombe/Maidenhead, UK; Toronto, Canada or Spring House / Titusville, US.

It is a hybrid role with remote options on case-by-case basis. You will author diverse regulatory medical writing documents, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and grow within a global

Qualifications

• A university/college degree in a scientific discipline is the minimum requirement, with an advanced degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of regulatory medical writing experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Write and coordinate basic clinical and regulatory documents under supervision.
• Contribute to, and coordinate low to medium complexity documents such as CSRs, protocols, and IB updates.
• Perform document QC, literature searches, and reference checks as needed.
• Lead or assist in cross‑functional document planning and review meetings.
• Maintain timelines and project tracking for assigned documents.
