Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel, R&D Legal EMEA, based in Belgium (Diegem or Beerse) with hybrid work options. The role provides regional legal guidance for clinical development activities across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, partnering with business teams on risk, compliance and strategic matters.

• At least 7 years of legal experience with 5+ years in R&D or life sciences.
• Experience supporting clinical development activities.
• Ability to advise on regulatory and compliance matters.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for clinical research agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic legal guidance and support to R&D partners on clinical development activities.
• Support program, portfolio and study-level reviews with risk assessment and mitigation.
• Advise on interpretation and application of laws, regulations, and GCP in business decisions.
• Draft, review and provide legal oversight for clinical research agreements and related documentation.
