Holiday Inn Brussels Airport is seeking a motivated Training Coordinator Intern to join the HR Learning & Development team in Brussels. You will support the organization and coordination of employee training and development activities across hotel departments, fostering a positive learning culture aligned with IHG standards.

The role offers hands-on experience in hotel HR operations, training delivery, onboarding support, and engaging with international hospitality colleagues in a dynamic hotel

Qualifications

• Currently studying Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and schedule employee training sessions across hotel departments.
• Prepare training materials, attendance lists, certificates, and presentations.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Assist onboarding and orientation for new team members.
• Support internal communication related to HR projects and training.
