Holiday Inn Brussels Airport in Brussels is offering a Guest Relations Trainee internship of at least five months, starting June 2026. You will engage with guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and help create a welcoming atmosphere.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in hospitality studies, proficient in English, with knowledge of French or Dutch a plus, and a passion for customer service. The role includes lunch during shifts and accommodation for students coming from abroad.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a hospitality program.
• Experience in guest service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Proactively engaging with guests, anticipating their needs, and resolving issues with courtesy.
• Occasionally assisting with check-in and check-out, providing personalized assistance.
• Fostering meaningful conversations and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Supporting the reception team and learning hotel operations.
