WLG is seeking a skilled Level-2 IT support professional to join a NIC/contractor team in Mons, Belgium (SHAPE). The role focuses on incident, service-request, change and task handling within an integrated service-delivery framework.

You will document and resolve tickets using NCIA ITSM and Azure DevOps, participate in daily stand-ups and workshops, and provide on-call support as required. On-site NATO collaboration is involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level-2 technical support experience.
• Experience with ITSM workflows and ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or equivalent tools.
• Exposure to JISR/intelligence-support systems is advantageous.

We are supporting NATO in sourcing experienced professionals for mission-critical roles across the Alliance. This is a contract (B2B) engagement delivered on-site, working alongside NATO teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Work within an integrated NIC + contractor team in a G14-equivalent Chief Technician role
• Provide Level-2 and Service-Management support for Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests and Tasks, traceable through NCIA ITSM and Azure DevOps
• Respond, document, categorise and resolve assigned tickets in line with internal processes
• Install, maintain, monitor and support the JSSC services (NAMIS, CoreGIS, REACT, Intel-FS, ANB, Release Server, HMART, CSD IPL/IWS, ICMT, AOSS, NABI and more)
• Participate in daily reporting and planning (daily meetings), workshops, events and conferences as directed by the Service Delivery Manager(s)
• Take part in on-call support as required

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Solid Level-2 technical support and IT service-management experience
• Familiarity with ITSM / ticketing workflows (NCIA ITSM, Azure DevOps or equivalent)
• Exposure to JISR / intelligence-support systems is a strong advantage
• Flexible, reliable and comfortable with on-call and on-site working
