WLG is seeking a Chief Technician to keep fourteen systems running at SHAPE in Mons, Belgium. You will install, monitor, maintain and fix NAMIS, CoreGIS, REACT, Intel-FS, ANB, Release Server, HMART, CSD IPL/IWS, ICMT, AOSS, NABI and more, serving as the technical anchor.

The day includes Level 2 support and IT service management, incidents, service requests, changes, all traceable through ITSM and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Solid Level 2 support and IT service management experience.
• Comfort with ITSM and ticketing workflows.
• Exposure to intelligence support systems is a real advantage.

Responsabilités

• Provide Level 2 support and manage incidents, requests and changes.
• Plan daily with service delivery managers and coordinate tasks.
• Be the technical voice in workshops and conferences.
• Maintain on-call readiness and on-site availability at SHAPE.
