Drees & Sommer seeks a highly organized Construction Project Coordinator for a major semiconductor project in Belgium. You will support the on-site leadership, coordinate meetings, maintain documentation, and ensure smooth project communication with the client and external partners.

Based in Brussels, you will work with an international team, contribute to project controls, and help manage invoices, variations, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training in business administration, engineering, or real estate management, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience as project or team assistant, preferably in construction or engineering projects.
• Confident use of MS Office and digital project platforms, ideally with experience in project or document management tools.
• Excellent English skills and enjoyment in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including international contacts; Dutch and French skills are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative and organizational support to the on-site project management team
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track actions and decisions
• Support project controls activities, including invoice reviews and variation order pre-checks
• Maintain project databases, documentation, and reporting systems
• Prepare presentations, status reports, and project-related communications
• Act as a key contact person for project coordination and organizational matters between the project team, client, and external stakeholders
