Drees & Sommer Belgium is seeking an experienced site logistics professional to lead and optimize logistics for a large semiconductor construction project. You will coordinate all on-site activities, ensure safety, budget alignment and quality standards, and collaborate with project teams to implement efficient logistics concepts.

This role requires strong English, willingness to travel across Europe, and the ability to plan, tender and manage logistics services.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Logistics, Architecture or comparable; certified construction technician as alternative.
• Several years of experience in construction logistics, preferably on large high-tech or semiconductor projects.
• Goal-oriented, independent working style, strong advisory skills, as well as a structured work approach.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of German, Dutch or French is a strong advantage.
• Full flexibility and willingness to travel for project-related work within Germany and Europe.

Responsabilités

• Lead and organize site logistics operations for a large semiconductor construction project
• Plan, control and coordinate all construction logistics and site setup activities
• Overall responsibility for health & safety, costs, budgets and quality standards within site logistics
• Develop, implement and continuously update site logistics concepts throughout all project phases
• Tendering, awarding and commercial management of logistics services, incl. variation management
• Develop efficient, project-specific logistics solutions and advise project management and clients in all construction logistic related matters
