Drees & Sommer Belgium seeks an experienced leader to shape the future of high-tech industry. You will oversee construction management for complex semiconductor facilities with on-site presence across Europe.

The role requires a degree in the relevant engineering field, extensive EPCM experience, and fluent English; additional languages are a plus. Travel and international collaboration are essential; we offer a modern workplace and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical/Building Services Engineering, Architecture, or comparable qualification.
• Extensive senior construction management experience in EPCM projects.
• Knowledge of international contract standards (FIDIC, RIBA, HOA, AHO, VOB).
• Fluent in English; German, Dutch or French is a strong advantage.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
• Full flexibility and willingness to travel to international construction sites in Europe.

Responsabilités

• Overseeing construction management for execution and commissioning of a highly complex semiconductor facility.
• Full responsibility for schedule, cost, quality and HSE performance during construction, installation and commissioning.
• Compliance with local building and safety regulations.
• Leadership and coordination of multidisciplinary site teams and subcontractors.
• Resource and capacity planning to achieve project objectives.
• Regular reporting to stakeholders and client interface on-site.
• Continuous improvement of site processes and safety culture.
