Drees & Sommer Belgium seeks a Project Assistant / Site Project Coordinator for a major semiconductor construction project. You will support on-site leadership, coordinate meetings, manage documentation, and ensure timely reporting and communications with the client and partners.

Ideal candidates have vocational training, years of project assistant experience, and strong English. Dutch/French is a plus; on-site work in Belgium is required.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in business administration, engineering, or real estate management, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience as project or team assistant, preferably in construction or engineering projects.
• Confident use of MS Office and digital project platforms, ideally with experience in project or document management tools.
• Excellent English skills and enjoyment in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, Dutch and French skills are a plus.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Belgium as part of an international project team.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative and organizational support to the on-site project management team
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track actions and decisions
• Support project controls activities, including invoice reviews and variation order pre-checks
• Maintain project databases, documentation, and reporting systems
• Prepare presentations, status reports, and project-related communications
• Act as a key contact person for project coordination and organizational matters between the project team, client, and external stakeholders
