Jobtailor in Belgium seeks an experienced Health and Safety Administrator to lead OHS activities at the base location and assist other sites. You will draft ISO 45001 aligned procedures, conduct risk assessments, and drive safety training and incident investigations.

You will coordinate emergency preparedness and support relocation safety programs, working with CQO and safety teams to ensure regulatory compliance and safer operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2+ years work experience in health and safety.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and OHS laws/regulations.
• Experience implementing OHS procedures, risk assessments, inspections and investigations.

Responsabilités

• Act as principal Health and Safety Administrator at the base location and support additional sites.
• Draft and implement OHS procedures aligned with ISO 45001.
• Conduct inspections, audits and risk assessments to identify hazards and monitor corrective actions.
• Plan and deliver health and safety training and awareness activities.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness activities including fire and first aid arrangements.
• Prepare reports on local OHS activity and assist with budget submissions and projects.
• Provide OHS advisory support during relocation and transition phases.
• Collaborate with CQO, Transition PM, NHQ and safety teams on the HQ Building Project.
• Develop safe work procedures and emergency measures for new premises.
• Monitor compliance and ensure safety readiness for the new site.
