Job summary

Spektrum Labs, Inc. seeks an experienced Health and Safety Administrator to join NATO-related operations in Brussels.

You will advise on occupational health and safety, draft ISO 45001–aligned procedures, conduct risk assessments, support inspections and incident investigations, and help implement safe work practices during the HQ relocation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of post‑related experience, plus strong knowledge of safety legislation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years post-related experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and health and safety legislation.
• Experience in training, inspections, audits, and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal Health and Safety Administrator at the base location and supporting additional sites; provide expert advice to projects and staff.
• Draft and implement OHS procedures aligned with ISO 45001; support policy and programme development.
• Conduct inspections, audits and risk assessments; identify hazards and recommend controls; investigate incidents.
• Plan and deliver training and awareness activities; support safety committees and communications.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness activities and liaison with health services for workforce wellbeing.
