Odoo is seeking a Business Analyst in Belgium to lead accounting-centric implementations of Odoo’s financial modules. You will map client processes, configure flows, and deliver training to ensure on-time, on-budget projects.

In the Accounting Expertise team you’ll handle complex finance scenarios, provide high-level functional guidance, produce precise financial reporting, and coach partners worldwide to deploy effective solutions.

Qualifications

• 0 to 6 years of experience in the accounting/finance sector.
• Experience with accounting software (BOB, Exact, Winbooks, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft,...)
• Minimum 2 languages : NL/EN or FR/EN
• Interest in the finance sector
• Solution oriented
• Critical and analytical mind
• Autonomous & proactive
• Valid work permit for Belgium

Responsabilités

• Project Management (60%): Gain trust of your customers, analyze needs and suggest solutions, implement configuration and development, train customers, follow status and tasks, organize implementations.
• Internal Improvement (40%): Support, coach and train other team members, collaborate with Product Owners, participate in sales and marketing activities, develop new business services
