Odoo in Belgium is seeking a Business Analyst to lead accounting-focused implementations across finance modules. You will work directly with CFOs, accountants and finance heads to map processes into Odoo, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality configurations and training.

You will also coach partners worldwide, design advanced reporting, and provide functional guidance. The role blends project management with internal improvement, touching sales and product teams to expand Odoo's Financial

Qualifications

• 0 to 6 years of experience in the accounting/finance sector.
• Experience with accounting software (BOB, Exact, Winbooks, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft).
• Minimum 2 languages: NL/EN or FR/EN.
• Interest in the finance sector.
• Solution oriented.
• Critical and analytical mind.
• Autonomous & proactive.
• Fast learner and interested by understanding the "Why".
• Ability to support heavy workload and stress.
• Valid work permit for Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Project Management (60%): Gain trust of your customers, analyze needs and propose solutions, implement the agreed solutions (configuration and development), train customers to become Odoo Champions, follow status and ongoing tasks, organize and follow up Odoo implementations.
• Internal Improvement (40%): Support, coach and train other team members, collaborate with Product Owners, participate in sales and marketing activities, develop new business services.
