Retail organisation in Belgium is seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Analyst to gather business requirements, map processes and ensure the Odoo solution aligns with business needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders, end users and partners across the ERP transformation lifecycle from analysis to deployment and user adoption.

The role focuses on translating requirements into Odoo solutions, supporting testing and training to drive adoption and ensure a successful large-scale

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Functional Analyst, BA or ERP Consultant.
• Experience on ERP implementation or transformation projects.
• Experience gathering requirements, process mapping and functional documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work with both business and technical teams.
• Experience supporting testing activities and end-user training.
• Consultancy or freelance experience advantageous.

Job Description

I’m currently supporting a leading Retail organisation embarking on an Odoo transformation project, and they are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Analyst to play a key role in gathering business requirements, analysing processes and ensuring the Odoo solution is aligned with business needs.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, end users and implementation partners to translate requirements into effective Odoo solutions, while supporting the full project lifecycle from analysis and design through to testing, deployment and user adoption. This is an excellent opportunity to join a significant ERP transformation programme and contribute to the successful delivery of a large-scale Odoo implementation.
