• Minimum 8 years of experience in ERP consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise business applications.
• Proven experience designing and delivering Odoo solutions in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of both functional business processes and technical architecture principles.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and build lasting client relationships.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
