Vattenfall is seeking a Process Specialist (O2C) to join our international Finance Business Support organisation. You will work at the intersection of finance, process improvement and digital transformation, collaborating across Europe with O2C experts, stakeholders and our BPO partner to ensure efficient, compliant Order-to-Cash processes.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience within Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable or finance operations.
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in international and collaborative environments.
• Interest in digitalisation, automation, and process optimisation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in German and English; ability to interact with international stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Drive continuous improvements within the O2C area focusing on efficiency and standardisation.
• Support stable service delivery and collaborate with the BPO provider.
• Work with O2C Experts, stakeholders and BPO to ensure compliant service.
• Identify opportunities for automation, simplification and digitalisation.
• Support implementation of process and system changes including SAP/S/4HANA initiatives.
• Analyse operational issues and contribute to sustainable solutions.
• Maintain and enhance O2C processes, policies and guidelines.
• Participate in cross-functional projects impacting Order-to-Cash.
• Build strong relationships with Finance and business stakeholders.
