Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience within Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable or finance operations.
• Understanding of end-to-end business processes and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in international and collaborative environments.
• Interest in digitalisation, automation, and process optimisation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in German and English; ability to interact with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvements within the O2C area focusing on efficiency and standardisation.
• Support stable service delivery and collaborate with the BPO provider.
• Work with O2C Experts, stakeholders and BPO to ensure compliant service.
• Identify opportunities for automation, simplification and digitalisation.
• Support implementation of process and system changes including SAP/S/4HANA initiatives.
• Analyse operational issues and contribute to sustainable solutions.
• Maintain and enhance O2C processes, policies and guidelines.
• Participate in cross-functional projects impacting Order-to-Cash.
• Build strong relationships with Finance and business stakeholders.

You will play an important role in ensuring excellent service delivery, driving process improvements and supporting our ongoing finance transformation journey, including digitalisation and system developments.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvements within the O2C area, focusing on efficiency, quality and standardisation.
• Support stable service delivery and collaborate with our BPO provider to ensure high-quality operational performance.
• Work closely with O2C Experts, business stakeholders and the BPO provider to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for automation, simplification and digitalisation.
• Support implementation of process and system changes, including SAP and S/4HANA-related initiatives.
• Analyse operational and process-related issues and contribute to sustainable solutions.
• Maintain and enhance O2C processes, policies and guidelines.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives impacting the Order-to-Cash area.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance and the business.

Your background

• A university degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience within Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, Subledger or other finance operations processes.
• A good understanding of end-to-end business processes and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in an international and collaborative environment.
• Interest in digitalisation, automation and process optimisation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in both German and English, with the ability to build effective relationships and communicate confidently with stakeholders in an international environment.
