Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a motivated Customer Solutions Intern in Brussels for a 6-month paid internship starting January 2027. You will support the Customer Solutions team to ensure excellent customer experience, gain hands-on experience in end-to-to-Cash, and work with stakeholders to improve processes and KPIs.

You will gain exposure to multiple product categories and customer channels, while contributing to digitalization and efficiency initiatives in a dynamic FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Must have or be pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or equivalent by experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French with professional English knowledge.
• Interest in transformation and improving processes.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to build internal/external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support management and follow-up of customer orders through Order-to-Cash from entry to invoicing.
• Serve as the point of contact for customers on orders, deliveries, availability, invoicing, and service topics.
• Monitor order execution and proactively resolve issues affecting service.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Supply Planning, Master Data, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Shared Service Center.
• Contribute to digitalization and continuous improvement projects in Customer Solutions.
