Job summary

Eurofins offers an end-of-study internship in Brussels within the Process Transformation and Digitalisation team. You will review, streamline, improve, and digitalise key processes across the Eurofins network, collaborating with corporate offices and laboratories to boost efficiency and innovation.

The role covers process improvement, business analysis, digital transformation, and change management, with hands-on learning and impact in a fast-growing international network.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in sciences, engineering, business, or related field.
• Fluent in English (oral and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI).
• Experience with digitalisation tools or process automation is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to suggest innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyse existing processes to identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
• Support definition of project objectives, deliverables, and implementation plans.
• Prepare presentations, reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to design and test digital solutions.
• Assist with change management and coordination across projects.
