Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agents to support international projects from Greece. The role is fully remote within Greece with a remote-work model, language requirements Norwegian (C1/C2) and English (B2-C1).

Compensation is €1,300 gross per month (14 months) plus up to 20% performance bonus; relocation includes 4 weeks hotel, airport pickup, flight ticket, and real estate agency fee.

Qualifications

• Norwegian at C1/C2 level.
• English at B2–C1 level, depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
