Sopra Steria is seeking an experienced Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Consultant with NIS2 specialist expertise to strengthen compliance programs and cybersecurity governance across the organization. You will advise, implement, and manage initiatives aligned with EU directives, ensuring risk management practices across projects.

The role requires experience with ISO 27001, NIS2, and strong PM skills in multinational settings, with English plus French or Dutch language proficiency to serve

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Governance, Risk & Compliance experience in public and industry sectors.
• Proven experience with information security frameworks, especially ISO 27001; knowledge of CyFun.
• Hands-on Information Security Officer (ISO role or advisory) or security manager in larger projects.
• Strong project management background in multinational environments.
• Must have: ISO27001 certificate.
• Nice to have: CISA, CISM or other ISO relevant certificates.
• Language: English + French or Dutch for Belgium clients.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Autonomous, fast learner, and team player.
• Consulting mindset and hands-on attitude.

Responsabilités

• Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC): Lead and support security and compliance initiatives aligned with NIS2 requirements; provide risk assessments, maturity evaluations, and internal control design; drive ISO 27001 implementation; support project management.
• NIS2 Directive Expertise: Advise on NIS2 implementation, perform gap analyses, design risk mitigation and reporting processes; train stakeholders.
• Business development: Drive NIS2 opportunities; support pre-sales, RFOs and RFPs when needed.
