Job summary

Approach Cyber is seeking a Senior GRC Consultant to drive governance, risk, and compliance initiatives for Belgian and Swiss clients. You’ll translate security challenges into business language, lead ISMS implementations, and guide organizations through NIS2, DORA and CRA compliance.

You will work closely with a growing GRC team and engage with both Dutch-speaking and French-speaking clients. The role emphasizes client delivery, strategic advisory, and active market representation, with a CDI

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in GRC, information security consulting or advisory roles.
• Fluent English with Dutch or French; multilingual capabilities are a plus.
• Proactive, client-focused with strong communication to C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform cybersecurity maturity assessments using ACAM and other frameworks.
• Design and implement ISMS based on ISO 27001; support certification processes.
• Guide clients through NIS2, DORA, and CRA compliance journeys from gap analysis to implementation.
• Develop security roadmaps and translate priorities into actionable plans.
• Lead and coordinate security projects and drive change management.
• Deliver CISO-as-a-Service engagements and governance guidance.
• Build long-lasting client relationships and act as trusted advisor.
• Represent Approach Cyber at events and build market visibility.
• Identify new business opportunities and engage with prospects in a consultative manner.
• Report field insights to shape go-to-market strategy in the region.
