Sopra Steria in Belgium seeks an experienced Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Consultant and NIS2 Specialist to strengthen compliance and cybersecurity governance programs. You will advise, implement and manage initiatives aligned with EU directives, ensuring robust risk management across the organization.

The role emphasizes NIS2 expertise, ISO 27001 implementation, and cross‑functional collaboration with international teams while supporting pre‑sales efforts.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in Governance, Risk & Compliance in public/industry sectors.
• Proven info sec frameworks experience, especially ISO 27001; CyFun knowledge.
• Hands-on Information Security Officer or security manager experience.
• Strong project management, multinational environment preferred.
• ISO27001 certification required; CISA/CISM or ISO certificates nice-to-have.
• English plus French or Dutch to support Belgian clients.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support security and compliance initiatives aligned with NIS2 requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, maturity evaluations, and design internal control frameworks.
• Advise on governance structures, reporting, and regulatory alignment.
• Drive ISO 27001 implementation and act as ISO advisor where needed.
• Support cybersecurity/compliance programs and project management.
• Drive NIS2 business development; assist pre-sales and RFO/RFP processes.
