Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport is seeking a Front Office Night Auditor for a replacement contract. You will be the main point of contact for guests, performing night audits, check-ins/outs, and coordinating with departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Fluency in French and/or English is required (Dutch a plus). Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist or night auditor is preferred. The role offers an international hotel setting with IHG training and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception or night audit preferred.
• Ability to work in a multi-lacunal hospitality environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs and room changes.
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of management.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues including maintenance and safety.
• Perform nightly audits and prepare morning reports.
