Hospitality Jobs Belgium is seeking a diligent accounting professional to manage financial data, audit revenue postings, and prepare reports. You will organize files, secure cash, protect confidentiality, and ensure guest privacy while supporting the team in achieving common goals.

This on-site role requires adherence to company policies, clear communication, and a willingness to perform other duties as needed by Supervisors.

Responsabilités

• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
• Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
• Control and secure cash and cash equivalents for property according to cash handling policy and procedures.
• Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records in accordance with document retention and confidentiality policies and procedures.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
• Audit and reconcile all revenue postings.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents and unsafe conditions.
• Follow all company policies; ensure uniform and professional appearance; protect assets and guest privacy.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to standards; assist guests with needs and disabilities.
• Speak clearly and professionally; prepare and review written documents; handle telephones with etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships; support team goals; respond to concerns.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards; perform other duties as requested by Supervisors.
