Natus Medical Incorporated in Kontich, Belgium, is seeking a Medical Systems & Connectivity Support Engineer. This hybrid role requires 2–5 years in technical support, healthcare IT, or similar fields, with focus on neurodiagnostic systems, HL7 interfaces, and hospital IT collaboration.

The role involves in-person days in Kontich and travel across Benelux, providing hands-on support, installations, and connectivity expertise to ensure patient care systems run reliably.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in technical support, healthcare IT, or related field.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and Windows operating systems.
• Experience troubleshooting in customer environments and providing remote support.
• Ability to install/configure medical/clinical systems and HL7 interfaces.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide first and second-line technical support for neurodiagnostic systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and workflow issues on-site or remotely.
• Install, configure, and validate EEG/EMG and related systems.
• Set up HL7 interfaces between Natus solutions and hospital systems.
• Document actions, configurations, and case updates clearly.
• Collaborate with IT teams and product specialists to ensure customer success.
