Qualifikationen

• Experience implementing and supporting medical device connectivity in hospital environments.
• Strong knowledge of HL7 v2.x (ADT, ORM, ORU) and interoperability workflows.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP networks, VLANs, firewalls, and secure hospital IT infrastructures.
• Experience deploying virtual machines in VMware ESXi or Hyper‑V environments.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Windows and Linux Server environments, SQL databases, and cybersecurity requirements for connected medical devices.
• Experience with interface testing and end‑to‑end troubleshooting between medical devices and EHR/EMR systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of DICOM, FHIR, and IHE profiles is highly desirable.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, biomedical engineering, and IT infrastructure teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead connectivity implementations in hospitals within the Benelux region.
• Partner with hospital IT teams and stakeholders to develop and execute successful deployment plans.
• Identify decision-makers and influencers involved in connectivity initiatives and help advance Baxter’s intelligent healthcare solutions.
• Train end users and provide Level 1 post‑go‑live support, including incident management and escalation.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales Managers, and Connectivity Implementation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Participate in consultative discussions with healthcare providers to design connectivity solutions that support clinical workflows.
• Work with marketing and clinical teams to develop connected care pathways and workflow solutions for healthcare facilities.
