Amplity Health is seeking a Clinical Development Liaison to support neuromuscular programs in the Benelux region, with a focus on the Netherlands and Belgium. This field-based role connects investigators, sites, and internal teams to advance rare disease studies across start-up, enrollment, and conduct.

Fluency in English is required, Dutch/French preferred; remote work within Benelux is supported, with regular regional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or clinical research industry.
• Experience in Neuromuscular Diseases and/or Rare Diseases is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of clinical research processes including start-up, site management, patient recruitment, and study conduct.
• Excellent scientific communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain trusted scientific relationships with KOLs, investigators, study coordinators, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams in the Benelux region.
• Identify and engage investigators and clinical trial sites; support start-up and investigator engagement strategies.
• Support patient recruitment strategies and optimization of enrollment.
• Coordinate cross-functional study conduct; gather and communicate actionable field insights for decision-making.
• Ensure activities comply with laws, regulations, industry codes, and company policies.
