EMW, Inc. is seeking a Network Security Tool Manager in Mons, Belgium, to administer and enhance enterprise cyber defense tools supporting monitoring, detection, and threat hunting.

The role reports to CSOC leadership and requires NATO SECRET clearance with on-site work at 100% capacity. Responsibilities include lifecycle management of monitoring platforms, configuration, performance tuning, and documentation, in collaboration with security analysts and stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor degree and 2 years post-related experience or 6+ years' equivalent expertise.
• Active NATO SECRET clearance or higher is required.
• Experience with network security monitoring and enterprise monitoring environments.
• Hands-on with security monitoring tools and packet capture technologies.
• Ability to work under senior supervision and manage lifecycle of monitoring platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain enterprise cyber defense tools for security monitoring.
• Lead lifecycle management of security monitoring platforms and packet capture tech.
• Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot monitoring, traffic aggregation, and data collection.
• Ensure platform health, data quality, retention, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to improve monitoring coverage.
