EMW, Inc. in Mons, Belgium seeks an experienced Network Security Tool Manager to oversee enterprise cyber defense tools for monitoring, threat detection, and threat hunting. The role requires NATO SECRET clearance, Linux skills, and strong collaboration with CSOC leadership.

You will lead deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of security monitoring platforms, ensuring reliability and alignment with security objectives across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years post-related experience, or 6 years progressive expertise.
• Active NATO SECRET security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
• Expert knowledge of network security monitoring and enterprise security monitoring environments.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale distributed monitoring deployments across multiple sites.

Responsabilités

• Administer and maintain enterprise security monitoring tools to support CSOC operations.
• Operate configuration and lifecycle management for monitoring and packet capture technologies.
• Monitor platform health, data quality, retention, and storage utilisation.
• Identify visibility gaps and improve monitoring coverage for threat detection.
• Document architectures, inventories, procedures, and support information.
• Troubleshoot Linux, network, and data collection issues across the monitoring stack.
• Collaborate with analysts and engineers to enhance detection capabilities.
