Job summary

EMW is seeking a Network Security Tool Manager to join our CSOC team in Mons, Belgium, on-site. You will administer and continuously improve enterprise cyber defence tools that support network security monitoring, threat detection, and hunting, under the Team Lead and CSOC Section Head.

Requirements include active NATO SECRET clearance and a Bachelor's degree with 2 years post-related experience, or 6 years of equivalent expertise.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years post-related experience, or 6 years of equivalent expertise.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain security monitoring tools to support CSOC operations.
• Configure and optimise network visibility, packet capture, and data collection.
• Troubleshoot platform health, performance, and data quality across monitoring environments.
• Document architectures, procedures, and inventories; provide SME guidance on visibility and monitoring.
