OMODA & JAECOO Belux is expanding its BeLux retail network and seeking a Network Dealer Development Manager. You will develop and execute the dealer strategy, identify and qualify new dealers, and manage end-to-end partner onboarding from prospecting to showroom launch.

The role requires strong project management, negotiation and communications skills, with willingness to travel within Belgium and Luxembourg to build a robust dealer network and monitor performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in automotive retail network development or dealer operations.
• Strong knowledge of the Belgian & Luxembourg automotive market and dealer groups.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Languages: fluent Dutch and English (French is an asset).
• Flexibility to travel regularly within Belgium & Luxembourg.

• Organise and execute pop-up stores and brand events to strengthen visibility and generate leads.

About the role

OMODA & JAECOO are entering a new phase of growth in Belgium and Luxembourg. We are looking for a Network Dealer Development Manager to support the expansion and performance of our retail network. This role combines business development, project coordination, and dealer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the dealer network strategy in Belgium & Luxembourg, in line with HQ guidelines.
• Identify, approach and qualify potential new dealers and dealer groups.
