Chery Belux, OMODA & Jaecoo Belux, is seeking a Fleet Manager to drive our fleet business in Belgium and Luxembourg. You will build strong relationships with corporate customers, leasing and rental companies, and mobility partners, delivering sustainable sales growth and profitability.

You will manage key fleet accounts, lead commercial negotiations, monitor performance, and collaborate with the dealer network and cross-functional teams to reach fleet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in related field.
• 3+ years of experience in automotive fleet sales, B2B sales or key account management.
• Good understanding of the Belgian automotive and fleet market.
• Experience with leasing companies, rental companies or corporate customers is a strong plus.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Analytical, proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
• Experienced in working in a fast-paced environment.

About the role

OMODA & JAECOO Belux are accelerating their growth in Belgium and Luxembourg. To support our sales operations, we are looking for a Fleet Manager to drive and develop our fleet business in Belgium. You will be responsible for our 3 brands Omoda, Jaecoo and Chery, building strong relationships with corporate customers, leasing companies, rental companies and mobility partners, while delivering sustainable sales growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
