OMODA & JAECOO Belux is expanding its Belgium and Luxembourg operations and seeks a Fleet Manager to drive our fleet business. Build strong relationships with corporate customers, leasing and rental partners, and mobility providers while delivering sustainable growth and profitability.

You will lead negotiations, monitor performance, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Aftersales to reach fleet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 3+ years of automotive fleet sales or B2B experience.
• Strong negotiation and relationship skills.
• Fluent in English, Dutch and French.

About the role

OMODA & JAECOO Belux are accelerating their growth in Belgium and Luxembourg. To support our sales operations, we are looking for a Fleet Manager to drive and develop our fleet business in Belgium. You will be responsible for our 3 brands Omoda, Jaecoo and Chery, building strong relationships with corporate customers, leasing companies, rental companies and mobility partners, while delivering sustainable sales growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with corporate customers, leasing companies, rental companies and mobility partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage key fleet accounts.
• Lead commercial negotiations, fleet tenders and business agreements.
• Monitor fleet sales performance, pricing, profitability and market trends.
• Work closely with the dealer network to develop fleet and B2B sales.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Sales, Marketing, Automotive Management or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in automotive fleet sales, B2B sales or key account management.
• Good understanding of the Belgian automotive and fleet market.
• Experience with leasing companies, rental companies or corporate customers is a strong plus.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Analytical, proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
• Experienced in working in a fast-paced environment.
