Job summary

EMW, Inc. in Brussels is seeking a SharePoint & Knowledge Management Administrator for a full-time on-site role. You will assess and redesign the ASO SharePoint environment, optimize metadata, and implement secure workflows under NATO SECRET requirements.

Role requires proven SharePoint experience, UX/UI improvements, and strong English writing; reports to NCIA ASO, with steering committees at project start and end. Start: 16 November 2026; End: 31 December 2026.

Qualifications

• Must have actively cleared NATO SECRET security clearance.
• Demonstrated skills in SharePoint environments for security-sensitive use.
• Proven UX/UI improvements within SharePoint for user experience enhancements.
• Experience implementing secure SharePoint environments in regulated industries.
• Strong English writing and ability to brief work in English to a diverse audience.

Responsibilities

• Assess current ASO SharePoint setup and identify gaps and improvements.
• Redesign SharePoint pages to standardize usability and navigation; optimize documents and metadata.
• Identify, implement, and automate workflows and access controls.
• Provide technical and functional documentation; deliver handover materials to ASO steering committee.
