Job summary

EMW, Inc. in Belgium seeks a Technical Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination and governance of complex technical projects. The role requires a currently active NATO SECRET clearance and a Master’s degree in a relevant field.

You will coordinate activities across technical teams and management, maintain plans and risk registers, produce status reports, and organize governance meetings. The position is on-site with 100% time and may involve TDY up to 50 days per year.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET clearance is required.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience coordinating multiple projects or workstreams.
• Project management certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, Scrum) are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and monitoring of technical projects, tracking milestones, deliverables and deadlines.
• Coordinate project activities across technical teams, management and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely follow-up.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk/issue registers and meeting minutes.
• Monitor progress against plans and identify delays, risks and issues.
• Prepare regular status reports, dashboards and presentations for management.
• Organize governance meetings, agendas and follow-up actions.
• Act as central coordination point for project information and communication across teams and external suppliers.
• Support resource/workload planning and visibility of priorities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of governance and delivery processes.
