Job summary

EMW, Inc. in Belgium is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to lead System and Solution Engineering for DCIS projects on-site at Braine-l’Alleud. The role requires a NATO SECRET clearance and 10+ years in complex ICT/defence environments.

You will define technical solutions, apply MBSE, and coordinate across domains to ensure end-to-end functionality while managing Node architecture and roadmaps. This is a full-time on-site role with potential travel within Belgium.

Qualifications

• Currently active NATO SECRET security clearance.
• University degree in Systems/Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience in complex ICT/CIS, defence, aerospace or similar highly integrated systems.

Responsibilities

• System and Solution Engineering across DCIS nodes.
• Define overall technical solution and system architecture using established DCIS taxonomies.
• Maintain Node architecture, interfaces and design constraints throughout lifecycle.
• Coordinate engineering contributions from multiple domains to deliver a coherent solution.
