EMW is seeking a Technical Assistant (NaaS) to support the planning, coordination and governance of technical projects. The role requires coordinating multiple teams, maintaining project documentation and ensuring milestones are met.

Applicants must hold NATO SECRET clearance and a Master’s degree in a relevant field, with 5+ years in project coordination. Certification in PRINCE2 or PMP is preferred. This is an on-site position in Belgium with extended TDY potential.

Qualifications

Active NATO SECRET security clearance required.
Master's degree in PM, IT, engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years in project coordination roles.
Experience coordinating multiple projects in a complex environment.
PM certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, Scrum) preferred.

Responsabilités

Plan, coordinate and monitor technical projects, tracking milestones and deadlines.
Coordinate activities across technical teams and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project documentation (plans, trackers, risks, minutes).
Monitor progress against plans and identify delays, risks and dependencies.
Prepare management reports, dashboards and status presentations.
Organize governance meetings, prepare agendas and action follow-ups.
Act as central coordination point for project information and communications.
Support resource, workload and activity planning.
Contribute to improvements in coordination and governance processes.
