EMW, Inc. in Belgium seeks a Senior Project Manager for on-site leadership of medium-scale projects with NATO and NCIA involvement. You will define project scope, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery within cost and quality targets.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement and robust change/risk management. Applicants must hold an active NATO SECRET clearance and a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in large-scale program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 3+ years post-related experience.
• Active NATO SECRET security clearance is mandatory.
• Experience in project management of acquisition/development projects in a large organization.

Responsabilités

• Takes full responsibility for definition, approach, facilitation and completion of medium-scale projects.
• Provides effective leadership to the project team and manages change control, risks, and budgets.
• Ensures realistic project plans, regular stakeholder communication, and on-time quality reviews.
